Nut-Free Kitchen

All of our empanadas and food are nut-free.

The only exception is the nuts used on our spinach salad, which can always be served on the side.

Dairy-Free Empanadas

Gluten-Free Empanadas

All of our empanadas are available as gluten-free.

Our gluten-free empanadas are made using a dedicated gluten-free dough so you can enjoy any filling without gluten.

Important note:
While gluten-free, our gluten-free empanadas are not dairy-free, as the gluten-free dough contains milk.


If you are avoiding both gluten and dairy, please note that our standard empanada dough and gluten-free dough have different dietary considerations. Our team is happy to help you choose the best option.

FROZEN EMPANADAS - BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

CONVENTIONAL OVEN

1. Preheat oven to 460°F

2. Arrange frozen empanadas on parchment lined baking sheet and place it on the middle rack of oven

3. Bake until light golden brown (14-18 min). Ovens vary so keep an eye on them after 14 minutes.

4. Remove from oven. Let empanadas stand for 3 minutes before eating.

5. Enjoy!

Caution: Product will be hot
Due to differences in ovens and quantities prepared, cooking times may vary and require adjustment.
