GLUTEN-FREE EMPANADA DOUGH

Ingredients
Corn Starch, Water, Vegetable Oil, Cassava Starch, Egg Whites, Rice Flour, Non Fat Milk, Salt, Monostearate, Guar Gum, Xantham Gum, Calcium Propionate, Potato Fiber, Potassium Sorbet, Citric Acid

FROZEN EMPANADAS - COOKING INSTRUCTIONS - Conventional oven

1. Preheat oven to 460°F

2. Arrange frozen empanadas on parchment lined baking sheet and place it on the middle rack of oven

3. Bake until light golden brown (14-18 min). Ovens vary so keep an eye on them after 14 minutes.

4. Remove from oven. Let empanadas stand for 3 minutes before eating.

5. Enjoy!
