How boxed lunches work

Each boxed lunch has 3 baked empanadas, 1 side and 1 sauce, packed for one person. $18 per person.

Prefer to serve it buffet style? The same lunch on trays is $17 per person.

Every order is labeled, so people can find vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options without asking.

How much to order per person

• Full lunch: 3 empanadas and a side per person.
• Lighter lunch: 2 empanadas and a side per person.
• Snack or short meeting: 2 empanadas per person.

Recurring orders

Feeding your team every week or every month? Email catering@makusempanadas.com with your schedule and headcount and we'll plan the orders with you.

Teams that order often should join the MAKUS Club. Members earn 5–10% back on every order, paid monthly, and get a free add-on tray on their first order. Sign up by checking the box on the catering order form.

Questions

How much notice do you need?

At least 24 hours is best. Need lunch sooner? Call or email us. We take same-day orders whenever we can, even with a few hours' notice.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. The minimum order is $175.

Do you charge for delivery?

No. There are no delivery fees, ever, and setup is always included.

Can you handle dietary needs?

Yes. We have vegetarian and vegan empanadas, and gluten-free empanadas are $4.75 each. Everything is clearly labeled.

Do you deliver to Raleigh?

Yes. We deliver to offices across Raleigh, Durham, RTP and Chapel Hill.

Is sales tax included?

No. Prices do not include NC prepared food sales tax.
